롯데복지재단과 함께하는 ‘무료 건강검진’ 참여자 모집 안내입니다. 등록·미등록 이주민을 대상으로 하며 통역 동반이 필수(통역 없이는 진행 불가) 입니다.

1) 모집 대상

등록·미등록 이주민
제외: 귀화자, 2025년 롯데복지재단을 통해 검진 참여자

2) 접수 일정/방법

접수 시작: 2026년 2월 1일(일) 오전 10:00부터
모집 인원: 예산 소진 시 마감
접수 방법: 구글폼 신청(포스터 내 링크/QR)

3) 검진 기간/요일

검진 기간: 2026년 2월 3일(화) ~ 10월 29일(목)
진행 요일: 매주 화·수·목 중 선택(주말 제외)

4) 검진 장소(2곳 중 택1)

보바스기념병원: 경기도 성남시 분당구 대왕판교로 155-7
하남보바스병원: 경기도 하남시 미사강변중앙로 50

Not eligible: Naturalized Koreans, or anyone who joined the 2025 checkup via Lotte Welfare Foundation

2) Application

Opens: 10:00 AM, Feb 1, 2026 (Sun)
Capacity: Closes when the budget/capacity is filled
How to apply: Google Form (via the QR/link on the poster)

3) Checkup Period / Days

Period: Feb 3, 2026 (Tue) – Oct 29, 2026 (Thu)
Available days: Choose Tue/Wed/Thu (No weekends)

4) Location (Choose 1)
