중소기업과 외국인 노동자의 동반성장_외국인 고용지원

중소기업과 외국인 노동자의 동반 성장을 위해 고용노동부가 ‘외국인 고용지원’ 서비스를 제공합니다. 제조업·건설업·농축산업 등에서 일하는 E-9, H-2 외국인노동자와 이들을 고용한 사업주가 대상입니다. 사업주에게는 외국인 근로자 채용·재고용, 제도 안내와 고충 상담 등 행정 서비스를 지원하고, 외국인노동자에게는 입국·귀국 지원, 통역·상담 서비스, 취업 교육 등 체류와 적응에 필요한 다양한 서비스를 제공합니다. 자세한 내용은 안내 페이지와 QR코드를 통해 확인할 수 있습니다.

To promote joint growth between SMEs and foreign workers, the Ministry of Employment and Labor offers a “Foreign Worker Employment Support” service. It targets employers and E-9/H-2 foreign workers in manufacturing, construction, agriculture and related sectors. Employers receive help with recruiting and re-employing foreign workers, guidance on labor regulations, and counseling on workplace issues. Foreign workers are supported with arrival and return procedures, interpretation and counseling services, and job training to help them adapt and build stable lives in Korea.
