To ensure your content creation remains fun and legal, you must understand Korea’s strict copyright and portrait rights laws.

• Portrait Rights (Invasion of Privacy): In Korea, it is illegal to clearly show a stranger's face in your photos or videos without their explicit consent. If you film on the street, you MUST blur or mosaic out the faces of passersby so they cannot be identified.
