• What You Can Do at the Community Center

  • Reporting a Change of Address: If you move to a new house, you must report your new address within 14 days. You can do this at your local Community Center instead of traveling to the Immigration Office.

  • Issuing Official Certificates: You can get official documents required for banking or legal matters, such as a Certificate of Registered Seal (foreigners can register one too) or proof of residence.

  • Buying Bulky Waste Stickers: You can purchase the mandatory disposal stickers needed to throw away large furniture or appliances.

• Using the 24-Hour 'Unmanned Civil Service Kiosks' If you are busy working during standard office hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM), look for the "Unmanned Civil Service Kiosks" located outside the center or inside major subway stations.
