2025.1.1 시행 | 사회통합프로그램(KIIP) 참여자 교육 수수료 안내(법무부 고시)

사회통합프로그램(KIIP) 1~5단계 참여자에게 적용되는 교육 수수료(수강료) 기준과 면제/감경 대상, 납부 방법을 한눈에 정리했습니다.

1) 납부 대상

  • 사회통합프로그램 1~5단계 참여자

2) 단계별 수수료(교육 수수료)

  • 1~4단계: 각 단계(100시간) 10만원

  • 5단계

    • 기본과정(영주용, 70시간): 7만원

    • 심화과정(귀화용, 30시간): 3만원

  • 0단계(15시간) 및 ‘면제 대상’: 무료

  • 감경 대상: 수수료의 50% 납부(50% 감경)

3) 면제 대상(대표)

아래에 해당하면 교육 수수료 면제(무료) 대상이 될 수 있습니다.

  • 독립유공자 및 그 유족/가족

  • 국가유공자 및 그 유족/가족

  • 국민기초생활보장 수급자 및 그 가족

  • 중증장애인(관련 법령 해당)

  • 출입국관리법 시행령 기준:

    • F-1(방문동거) 가구 중 중도입국 미성년 자녀(F-1-52)

    • F-2(거주) 가구 중 국민의 미성년 외국인 자녀(F-2-2)

    • G-1(기타) 중 일부 사유(산업재해, 질병·사고, 사고사망, 임신·출산 인도적, 장기치료, 성폭력 피해 등)

※ 최종 해당 여부는 신청/증빙에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

4) 감경(50% 감경) 대상

  • 해당 단계 교육을 100% 출석한 사람

  • 강사 추천 학습태도 우수자 등 성실 참여자

5) 납부 시기·방법(중요)

  • 각 단계 종료 시점부터 ‘평가 신청 전’까지 사회통합정보망을 통한 온라인 납부

  • 평가 신청 마감 전까지 교육비 미납 시 평가 응시 불가

1) Who pays?

  • Participants in KIIP Levels 1–5

2) Fees by level

  • Levels 1–4: 100,000 KRW per level (100 hours)

  • Level 5

    • Basic course (Permanent Residency, 70 hrs): 70,000 KRW

    • Advanced course (Naturalization, 30 hrs): 30,000 KRW

  • Level 0 (15 hrs) & exemption-eligible participants: Free

  • Discount-eligible participants: Pay 50% (50% discount)

3) Fee exemption (examples)

You may be exempt (free) if you fall under categories such as:

  • Independence patriots (and family)

  • National merit recipients (and family)

  • Basic livelihood security recipients (and family)

  • Severe disabilities (as defined by law)

  • Certain Immigration-related categories (e.g., specific F-1/F-2 minors, and some G-1 humanitarian cases)

4) 50% discount eligibility

  • 100% attendance for the level

  • Instructor-recommended outstanding participants, etc.

5) Payment timing & method (important)

  • Pay online via SoCINET from the end of the level until before applying for the evaluation.

  • If you don’t pay by the evaluation application deadline, you cannot take the evaluation.
