고용노동부는 구인난을 겪는 기업이 외국인근로자(E-9)를 고용할 수 있도록 2026년에 총 5회 신규 고용허가 신청·접수를 진행합니다. 기업은 인력 수요 시기에 맞춰 회차를 선택해 신청할 수 있습니다.

2차: 4/20 ~ 5/6
3차: 7/6 ~ 7/17
4차: 9/14 ~ 9/29

2026년부터 달라지는 주요 내용

호텔·콘도업 허용 지역에 전라북도 추가
비수도권 제조업 추가고용 한도 30%로 상향(기존 20%)
비수도권 제조업 유턴기업: 기업 규모와 무관하게 외국인 고용 허용
시설원예·특작(1,000~2,000㎡ 미만)도 고용한도 8명 인정
고용허가 업종에 ‘곡물 및 기타 식량작물 재배업’ 추가
한시 운영되던 조선업 별도 쿼터 → 제조업 쿼터로 통합 운영

EPS (E-9) Employment Permit Applications – 1st Round in 2026 (MOEL, Korea)

Korea’s Ministry of Employment and Labor will accept five rounds of E-9 (EPS) employment permit applications in 2026, allowing employers to apply based on their workforce needs.

Round 3: Jul 6 – Jul 17

Key Updates for 2026

Jeollabuk-do added to permitted areas for hotel/condo sector
Extra hiring cap for non-capital manufacturing increased to 30% (from 20%)
Returning (U-turn) manufacturers in non-capital regions can hire regardless of company size
Greenhouse/special crops (1,000–2,000㎡) recognized with an 8-worker cap
Grain and other food crop farming added as an eligible sector
Shipbuilding temporary quota merged into the manufacturing quota
