서울시에 주민등록(등록외국인 포함) 되어 있으면 누구나 자동 가입되는 ‘시민안전보험’입니다. 사고 당시 서울시민이었다면 현재 주소지나 사고 발생 지역과 관계없이 보장받을 수 있고, 개인 실손보험 가입 여부와도 무관합니다.

  • 자연재난 사망(일사병·열사병 포함): 2,000만원

  • 자연재난 후유장해(3~100%): 1,000만원 한도

  • 사회재난 사망(감염병 제외): 2,000만원

  • 폭발·화재·붕괴(건축물)·산사태·지반침하

    • 사망: 2,500만원 / 상해 후유장해(3~100%): 2,500만원 한도

Seoul Citizen Safety Insurance (2026) — Automatically Enrolled (Including Registered Foreign Residents)

If you are registered as a resident in Seoul (including registered foreign residents), you are automatically covered by Seoul’s Citizen Safety Insurance. If you were a Seoul resident at the time of the accident, you may be eligible for benefits regardless of your current address or where the accident occurred. This coverage is separate from private health insurance.
